Vision Boards & Community Quilts

We partnered with TikTok teams across Italy and the USA (New York & California) for a series of creative team-building sessions designed to inspire reflection, connection, and collaboration. Through two immersive vision boarding workshops, team members tapped into personal and professional aspirations—visualizing bold goals and aligning around shared values. In our two Community Quilt workshops, we invited participants to co-create a symbolic patchwork of collective identity, where each square represented a unique voice and story. Across continents, these sessions reminded us that creativity has the power to unite teams, spark dialogue, and stitch together meaningful bonds—one piece at a time.
